Shipping Policy
At Kayavesh, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our
shipping and exchange policies to ensure transparency and clarity.
Domestic Shipping:
- FREE Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping: to be charged at INR 500
- Express Shipping ensures that we ship via “Express Mode” but does not guarantee next day delivery.
- Cash on Delivery standard charges INR 500
- COD is available on order from INR 500 to INR 3,000
- You can choose to pay through UPI, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay & Paytm at your doorsteps.
- Cash on delivery (COD) is available for areas where our service is available.
- For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), please note that we may cancel your order if we have any doubts regarding the COD services available in your specified location. This is to ensure a smooth transaction process and avoid any inconveniences.
- If you do not accept a COD order twice in a row, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services.
International Shipping:
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Standard shipping charges cover the freight charges only. All customs and duties are to be borne by the customer at the time of receiving the package. In case the customer fails to pay customs charges, the order is destroyed and Kayavesh is not liable to send another package or refund the money.
- Cash on delivery (COD) is not applicable on international orders.
- International shipping charges vary from INR 3000 to INR 5000 depending on order value.
- International orders are Non-exchangeable & Non-returnable.
Things to remember at the time of receiving an international order:- Please only accept sealed packages.
- We suggest you make an unboxing video for any QC (Quality)•related issue
Delivery Timeline
- On placing your order, you will receive an email/SMS containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
- The dispatch timeline of every product varies and is mentioned on each product page. Cash on delivery orders may take longer to deliver than prepaid orders.
- However, if you need the item to be delivered before that please email us at help@kayavesh-ingmail-com.
- Delivery time might be a little longer for remote locations, depending on their accessibility. In such cases, we shall be reaching out to you through SMS & email.
- We work with a reliable shipping partner and ship within said timelines of placing an order In the case of express delivery, please contact us for express shipping.

Tracking your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
