Eligibility for Exchange
We do not have a return policy on our any product, but yes the products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. For more details kindly contact us.
No exchange is possible on international orders.
How to Process an Exchange
- Contact our customer service team to request an exchange.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
- We will guide you through the process and provide return shipping instructions.
- If the new order’s value is lower than the previous order placed then the customer will get a Credit Note / Discount card of
the difference value.

- We suggest you make an unboxing video for any QC-related issues.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the items inside, please take the
following steps:
- Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

When contacting us regarding a damaged item, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographic evidence of the damage. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
3. Assessment of Damage
Once we receive your report, our team will review the provided information and photographs. We may reach out for additional details if necessary.
4. Resolutions
- Replacement: If the item is deemed irreparably damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refund: If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will process a full refund for the damaged item.
